Please fill up and send this inscription document and join a 100€ deposit cheque at the order of Le Samovar.

Registration to the association is compulsory : add 15€

No money will be sent back if the stage is cancelled less than 8 days before the course starts.

We reserve our possibility to cancel the lectures at least 8 days in advance if there are not enough students.

It is possible to have the lectures paid by registered bodies (AFDAS, ANPE...), the terms will then be increased by 15% .
